Where a signed service agreement conflicts with these Terms regarding the services purchased, the signed agreement controls to the extent of that conflict.

Clients agree to provide accurate information, participate in scheduled sessions, complete agreed-upon preparation activities, and communicate promptly regarding engagement requirements.

Clients are responsible for their own business decisions, organizational implementation, fundraising activities, and compliance with applicable laws.

The effectiveness of coaching and consulting depends in part on each client's preparation, participation, execution, and circumstances.

Personality Pitching provides professional guidance, coaching, strategic recommendations, and educational resources intended to improve readiness and effectiveness.

We do not guarantee any particular business, financial, fundraising, investment, speaking, or organizational outcome.

No service guarantees that a client will receive investment funding, secure donations, acquire customers, obtain sponsorships, or achieve a specific financial result.

Examples, testimonials, and client experiences are illustrative and do not represent guaranteed results.

Our services are provided for educational, coaching, strategic, and consulting purposes.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing and performed by properly authorized professionals, Personality Pitching does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, securities brokerage, or other regulated professional services.

Clients should consult qualified professionals when making decisions requiring specialized legal, financial, accounting, or investment advice.

Personality Pitching does not act as a broker-dealer or guarantee investor introductions or fundraising transactions.

Fees and payment arrangements are communicated before purchase or engagement.

Payments may be collected through secure third-party payment processors.

Refund eligibility, cancellation terms, installment obligations, and rescheduling conditions are governed by the applicable offer terms, checkout disclosures, or signed service agreement, subject to applicable law.

Unless expressly stated in writing, purchasing coaching or consulting services does not guarantee a refund based on dissatisfaction with business or fundraising outcomes.

Any applicable refund or cancellation policy will be made available before the relevant purchase or enrollment.

Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions on time and providing any requested preparation materials.

Rescheduling, missed-session, cancellation, and expiration provisions will be communicated in the applicable booking terms or service agreement.

Personality Pitching may reschedule a session when reasonably necessary and will coordinate an alternative date.

All original training materials, methods, frameworks, presentations, templates, videos, written resources, and other proprietary content provided by Personality Pitching remain the intellectual property of Personality Pitching LLC or the relevant rights holder unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients may use materials provided to them for their authorized personal or internal organizational purposes.

Clients may not reproduce, resell, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit proprietary materials without written permission.

Ownership and licensing of custom client deliverables will be governed by the applicable service agreement.

Personality Pitching recognizes that clients may share business strategies, financial information, fundraising plans, donor information, organizational documents, and other nonpublic information.

We will handle confidential client information with reasonable care and use it for the purposes of providing services, subject to applicable agreements and legal requirements.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the authority to share information with Personality Pitching.

Any additional confidentiality obligations, including those contained in a signed nondisclosure agreement or service contract, will remain applicable.

Visitors agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorized access, or use our content in a manner that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

Website information is provided for general informational purposes and may be modified without advance notice.
